Harassment Prevention Training Programs to comply with government mandates that companies of more than 50 employees must provide and document that they have trained employees on what is regarded as illegal behavior in the workplace.
Also according to CA AB1825, all State of California Managers are required to have two 1/2 hours of training on harassment preventing every two years. We have many programs that comply with this State of California mandate. CA AB2530 mandates that employees have training on bullying prevention.
