Unorganized Manager is a three part video based workshop featuring John Cleese in his role as St. Peter. In the first two parts of the program our inexperienced/unorganized manager is hard working but is so disorganized that he makes the lives of his family and colleagues miserable. Part 3 shows how effective managers can make the time to focus on their teams.

Each of the programs in this series also includes a Self Study CD-Rom of the course. This provides the opportunity for those unable to attend on-site training to achieve the necessary skills set or as a refresher.
