Making Time training program with DVD helps individuals focus on making the most of their time to the benefit of their business and personal lives. Making Time focuses on three employees working on an interdepartmental team project. Each employee with a different approach to organizing time and tasks and their style creates conflict as they approach a deadline with varied levels of readiness.
Key Training Points:
- plan, prioritize and set realistic deadlines
- predict possible problems
- deal with interruptions- act assertively-see others as source of support
- do the difficult things first
- cut the clutter- complete one task before starting a new one.

This program is also available as a self study component only on CD-Rom or as a combo package(DVD plus CD-ROM) to be used for those unable to attend the training session or as a refresher
