Making Time: Project Management training program with DVD helps individuals focus on making the most of their time to the benefit of their business and personal lives. Making Time focuses on three employees working on an interdepartmental team project. Each employee with a different approach to organizing time and tasks and their style creates conflict as they approach a deadline with varied levels of readiness.
