Harassment: A New Look- Employee version training workshop with DVD takes a look at the growing problem of bullying.  The new forms of harassment go beyond the usual discrimination with regard to race, color, religion, gender and national origin.  Bullying, cyber bullying, sexting and discrimination of yournger workers are new and very pervasive manifestations of harassment and hostile environments.

Presenting A New Look at Harassment, this program  helps you and your employees recognize and avoid these forms of harassment through re-enactments of everyday scenarios to acquaint viewers with the issues and to help them avoid the challenges that can impede awareness and prevention.  The program also reviews basic concepts of -quid pro quo, the reasonable person standard and the hostile work environment and relates them to these more recent forms of harassment.
 
 
In the program, a diverse group of employees and their clients engage in an awareness raising discussion using their personal experiences to show concrete examples and the destructive impact of:
  • workplace bullying
  • intimidation at work
  • cyber-bullying
  • sexting
  • discrimination against younger workers by their older colleagues
