Harassment Prevention training is included in government guidelines that companies of more than 50 employees must provide and document that employees have been trained on what is regarded as illegal behavior in the workplace.
Also according to CA AB1820, all State of California Managers are required to have two 1/2 hours of training on harassment preventing every two years. We have many programs that comply with this State of California mandate .
As an example of how prevalent harassment and discrimination are in the workplace, here are just a few lawsuits being considered in the State of New York.
Our programs generally include a video component with scenarios to help with discussion of the policies in effect at your organization, along with facilitation materials and participant handouts or workbooks.
These courses are available as a facilitated workshop with a DVD or also on-line or digitally streamed.
