Gung Ho! a video based workshop is based on the book by Ken Blanchard. Gung Ho! is a story about how two managers save a failing company by following three core principles:
- Spirit of the Squirrel- seeing work as important
- Way of the Beaver- putting workers in control of their jobs
- Gift of the Goose- cheering one another on
