Good Company  motivational video provides a quick upbeat message designed to remind  employees  that no matter where they are in their career, success happens one step at a time. 

The  short (3)  minute Good Company  video can be used as a session starter-as participants come into a  training session; as a closing theme for new orientation or goal setting/motivation programs or simply any time when we want to remind our associates that they can get ahead by commiting to the steps to success.

The Good Company  training kit  includes the video in DVD format,  a  Facilitator's Guide with the Celebrity Career Quiz in English and Spanish that can be reproduced for participants plus 10 pocket cards (additional pocket cards are available for purchase for each participant)  and additional discussion  material is provided to enhance conversation by and with participants.
