The Goal workshop with DVD is adapted from the book of the same name by Eli Goldratt on his " Theory of Constraints": What To Change-What To Change To-How to cause the change.
"The Goal", training program on DVD is a powerful tool that can be used to create agreement. The lessons to be learned in this program are not just limited to the beginning of the implementation process. We know that reaching agreement on the change in direction is not a one time effort. As the company moves in a new direction, there will be some unavoidable diffusion. To prevent too much diffusion there is the need to repeatedly realign interpretations that might necessitate using the program periodically as a refresher.
This workshop is a perfect tool to use when changes are needed in a process and agreement by all members of a team is necessary to implement the change.
