Follow The Leader

Follow the Leader™is a refreshingly candid look at three great leaders in action. The “we follow segments” on location and the interviews with the leaders and those who work with them are totally unscripted. The host purposefully guides the viewer through the six leadership traits and the behaviors that exemplify those traits as they appear in the segments. She points out what’s important to note and to think about. She challenges the viewer to discover how these behaviors might look on them. She’s not a guru; she’s a learning partner.

"Follow The Leader" training program on DVD  is a three part benchmark program providing us a unique opportunity to visit with Ron Pearson of HyVee Corporation, Carmen Dominquez a General Contractor and Ken Hoffman, VP of Operations for Hard Rock Cafe as they present to us their unique and individual persepective onVision and Communications, Integrity, Realism and Love and Passion in their companies as we visit on site. Unique focus on Leadership and Corporate Brands.

We chose three great leaders...real ones, with very different but very real jobs! We followed them around for a few days to see how they treated people...and what kind of results they got.  We also spoke with some of the people that work with them to find out what they had to say about these three people. The results are simple and clear: even though the leaders have three very different roles, in three very different companies, many of their leadership behaviors were quite similar!
