First Line of Defense: Workplace Violence Prevention training workshop with DVD to educate employees on the warning signs of behavioral problems that may lead to violence. Violence represents a challenge to employers who must be prepared to respond and manage incidents. This program uses an interview with a convicted perpertrator as well as a compelling dramatization to communicate the impact of this problem.
