  5. Working Collaboratively-art of working together artfully, skillfully and creatively to enhance productivity plus influencing.
  6. Listening,-four steps needed to be a good listener(releasing, attending, amplifying and reflecting)
  7. Asserting-help individuals gain the confidence needed to share innovative ideas and valuable feedback.
  8. Giving and Receiving Feedback-how to use these two critical skills to help themselves and associates become better in a non-threatening and productive manner.
