Difficult People and Situations

Difficult People and Situations Series produced by Seven Dimensions  consists of four training modules on key conflict areas experienced in the workplace.  Each module is a stand alone training program with DVD consisting of a vignette depicting a typical situation in the key area.  Each module may be used as a stepping off point to encourage discussion of the topic and to development group input on what steps to take to discourage this behavior.

The four modules are:

LEADERSHIP SINS: 22 minutes In this module we focus on changing a leader's behavior.  Leadership requires awareness, open communication and the ability to empower others.   

PERSONALITY CLASH: 14 minutes- In this module we see two colleagues that are very different culturally and in their workstyles set up a mutual meeting to sort through their differences.

DAMAGE CONTROL 14 minutes- An excellent case study of a major product delivery disaster and a very angry client-all superably manageed by the account manager, who demonstrates exceptional service, communicaton, problem solving and leadership skills.

BULLYING AND HARASSMENT- 15 minutes Bullying, harassment and especially sexual harassment-are unacceptable in any workplace.  Many people do not realize when the line is crossed and what can someone do if they are bullied.  These four outstanding dramatized case scenarios will provide triggers to help identify bullying and enable people to discuss strategies for reporting and overcoming it.
