Debi's Way

Debi's Way is a classic DVD based training program showing how a female manager( Debi Mazurek of the Counter Offer Restaurant located in Chicago's Carson Pirie Scott Department Store)  goes about her daily routine interacting with her staff.  Debi  demonstrates genuine concern for the welfare and works on creating a sense of "cummunity" among her staff. The viewer is taught simple hiring and managerial methods, additional focus for the viewer is on  customer service aptitudes and the behaviors Debi fosters that grow team loyalty and her keys to getting top performance from her staff.  The video concludes with a segment on handling employee behavioral issues.

Training Package includes DVD- running time 18 minutes with Facilitator Guide with questions for discussion and hour long or thirty minute formate with vaious focal points.
