Connecting Generations in the Workplace is an engaging boardgame developed by the Heim Group to help all generations in the workplace understand more clearly the events that shaped each generation.. This training exercise delivers ready to use skills that maximize the effective multi-generation workforce. In just one hour, participants absorb core learning based on discussion that involves everyone with each roll of the dice.

A challenging game using cards with descriptions of events occurring during each generational time period. Very interesting and eye-opening! Great fun and a wonderful opportunity for your multi-generational workforce to learn facts and features about each generation! They learn the defining events for each of the four generations, how those events shaped the characteristics of each generation, and how to be more effective in work and family situations by using generational profiles.
