We examine the law's requirements regarding:

  • interviwing and hiring practices,
  • what constitutes equal access to employment benefits and training
  • how to determine "essential functions" of a job
  • what "reasonable accommodations" are and when they are needed

Training Package includes:  DVD (24 minutes) with Facilitator's Guide that includes course outlines for short or more complete training, reproducible handouts and a Questions & Answers publication from the US Department of Justice and the EEOC plus a report prepared by the law firm Littler Mendelson on the 2008 Congressional Ammendments  to the American With Disabilities Act.
